**Your Opportunity**

**A Day in the Life**
- Gather and assess customer needs, utilizing structured processes to establish business priorities.
- Create business and/or mapping requirements for systems analysts.
- Understand and test banking system defects and enhancements based on business rules and detailed specifications.
- Document, maintain and follow departmental/operational and system related procedures and Celero related business documents.
- Lead, coordinate, deliver and participate in information sessions to customer groups.
- Remain aware of and adhere to industry and regulatory requirements.
- Act as point of reference for internal teams for questions or problems.
- Work closely with other Celero functional areas to remain on top of project status, keep other Celero functional areas up to date of user issues and inform clients of progress.
- Be available for after-hours validation as required and some travel on request.

**Your Resume**
- Experience with DNA banking system, financial accounting systems/GL, and digital banking.
- Strong knowledge of Credit Union System or financial institution experience with deposit, loans, back office, or accounting exposure would be considered assets.
- Business analyst certification or related degree/certification. Currently enrolled in a Business Analyst certification or commitment to complete will be considered.
- Business Analysis experience with the ability to gather and assess client needs is an asset.
- Testing experience, troubleshooting issues and documentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication, including advanced facilitation and presentation skills.
- Experience coordinating activities of team members that you may have no direct authority over.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products especially Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- DNA Banking conversion, merger or upgrade experience considered a definite asset.
- Experience with and knowledge of SQL queries is an asset.
- Understanding of the system development life cycle related to Business Analyst deliverables and estimating.
