**POSITION OBJECTIVE**:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Self driven and is a veteran in Outbound Call Centre Leadership, who knows what “great” looks like
- Provide strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops, and guides team members to efficiently leverage the value of every call
- Responsible for development and administration of annual department budget to attain business goals with operational stability
- Deliver results against a defined scope of work that includes measurable ROI, strategic innovation, performance reporting, and human capital development
- Proven experience managing metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction, and reporting statistical performance levels related to Call Centre
- Develop and maintain effective organization of responsibility, including efficient training, coaching, recognition, workflow patterns, performance standards, delineation of duties and responsibilities, staffing levels and supervision
- Manage and expand client and co-worker relationships
People Leader
- Holds others and self accountable to gaps in performance, is a champion of feedback
- Acts with Integrity: Demonstrates responsible, ethical and honest behaviour while consistently leading by example; models our values
- Motivates team to take timely action, resolves customer escalations in a timely manner

- Executes the performance management cycle activities for the team
- Strong communication skills, ability to promote learning and development; can have difficult conversations
