We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Lead Generator to join our team. As a Junior Lead Generator you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales team. Your primary goal will be to generate interest in our products or services and schedule appointments for our sales representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building relationships with potential customers.

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using telemarketing techniques
- Identify and qualify leads based on specific criteria
- Generate interest in our products or services through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques
- Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to meet with potential customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
