Sales Team Lead

**What do we do?**
Safetyhub is an engaging video streaming platform and learning management system that helps employers keep their people safe. Organizations all over the world subscribe to Safetyhub to train their employees in health and safety. We’re passionate about helping people stay safe and we are rapidly expanding.
**About the role**:
- Working directly with the National Sales Manager and leading by example, you will set the tone to help foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
- Prospecting potential clients through outbound cold calls and engaging with safety professionals around the country, you will work with these prospects over the phone and via video meetings to generate new sales.
- Servicing existing clients and renewing subscriptions whilst managing outstanding debtors.
- You will help mentor and coach Sales Consultants whilst meeting and exceeding your own achievable sales targets, which are designed to set you up for sustained individual success.
**Compensation**
- Starting base salary from $75,000.
- 15% uncapped commission paid on new sales.
- 5% uncapped commission paid on renewal sales.
- Additional bonuses paid on reaching total new business targets.
- Your renewal base grows as you generate more new business, increasing your earning capacity as you develop in the role.

**What we need from you**:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in outbound inside sales preferred.
- Strong passion for leadership with a demonstratable proclivity towards personal accountability.
- Enthusiasm for sales with a willingness to learn.
- Highly positive attitude and an elite work ethic.
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Bilingual (English/French) is advantageous but not essential.
