What We Need

We are looking for an Acquisition and Collateral Services Product Manager to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients. As the Product Manager, you are responsible for engaging with the Element Commercial Team and clients to communicate the product value proposition. You will lead initiatives to enhance the customer experience, grow revenue and maintain overall responsibility for tactical implementation of strategic product roadmap initiatives.

A Day in the Life
- Identify customer needs, product gaps and growth opportunities through direct client feedback and engagement with internal stakeholders, including operations, sales, and account management
- Develop detailed product and technology roadmap that translate strategy into action, facilitating quantified revenue, cost savings and profitability goals
- Design and Lead campaigns in collaboration with Sales & Client facing teams to increase share of wallet (especially with Client-owned portfolio) and new growth
- Gain market intelligence via monitoring competition and gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and industry trends
- Engage in sales process for prospective and exiting clients acting as Point of Contact for product discussions to promote value proposition
- Represent viable product capabilities at Product Governance meetings to set the right expectations for the client and ensure Element can deliver on what is promised
- Develop and maintain product sales and marketing materials, and define product marketing objectives
- Drive the adoption of Digital Platform among internal and external users

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5-7 years’ marketing or product management experience
- Excellent communication and ability to influence others in a technological environment
- Must have ability to interpret data, assist in report development and manage KPIs
- Extensive business acumen and deep understanding of product vision and business objectives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fleet industry experience an asset
