**About Us** The Clinic Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical clinic, working closely with physicians, administrative staff, and healthcare providers. This position is responsible for managing personnel, optimizing clinic workflow, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting a positive experience for both patients and staff. **Key Responsibilities** **Operations & Administration** - Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the clinic - Manage scheduling for providers, staff, and patient appointments - Oversee front desk operations, staff performance, and workflow optimization - Ensure clinic compliance with PHIPA, PIPEDA, and public health regulations - Maintain updated policies, procedures, and operational manuals - Handle clinic licensing, medical supply ordering, and inventory management - Oversee communication with external partners, labs, specialists, and vendors - Troubleshoot EMR (OSCAR PRO) and coordinate with IT and software providers **Human Resources & Finance** - Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff - Conduct performance evaluations and staff meetings - Coordinate payroll, staff schedules, and time-off approvals - Support OHIP billing workflows and liaise with billing companies - Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting **Patient Experience & Quality Improvement** - Monitor and improve patient satisfaction and clinic flow - Respond to patient feedback and resolve complaints professionally - Oversee implementation of new initiatives (e.g., Ocean eReferrals, new services) - Lead accreditation or quality assurance processes if applicable **Qualifications** - Diploma or degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field - Previous experience in medical clinic or healthcare operations (2+ years preferred) - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Proficiency in **OSCAR PRO EMR** and Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of **Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP)** billing practices - Familiarity with **Ocean eReferral platform** and third-party integrations - Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills **Requirements**: - Proven experience in clinic or office management - Professional references - Criminal background check - Must be legally eligible to work in Ontario, Canada **Preferred Assets** - Previous experience in a family medicine or specialist clinic setting - Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, and healthcare workflow - Experience with staff supervision and performance management - Multilingual abilities considered an asset **Why Join TrustyMed?** - Supportive and collaborative clinic culture - Hands-on leadership role in a growing healthcare facility - Opportunity to shape and improve patient care systems - Exposure to diverse medical specialties and patient demographics **To Apply**: **"Clinic Manager Application - [Your Name]"** We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Morning shift - Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
