**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents. Assist various departments when needed (customs, accounting, operations & dispatch)
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Conduct basic proofreading of documents and correspondence
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- **Past experience working in logistics and/or customs brokerage an asset.**
- Position will start as part-time with the potential to become full-time at a later date.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
