Hello from Spa Vision Medical Group,

We are a young company of 5 years in the for retailing, consulting and wholesale distribution areas of medical esthetics & beauty. We are currently expanding our retail medical spa operations with two new locations after having received some investment and so our CEO is in need of assistance on multiple levels and needs a good side kick and supporter to help him be more efficient.

You will be working for both the main company, Spa Vision Medical, providing largely logístical and customer support with some small marketing tasks, as well as the retail company, La Sirene Perfectionary - a revolutionary new concept for the medical spa & wellness market, also providing front line assistance for customers and helping to manage bookings. Our CEO handles the development of both while also working directly on customers providing services and building the sales networks.

Spa Vision Medical & Academy are a company focused on the medical spa industry selling laser hair removal, body sculpting and other medical esthetics devices & furnishings. We also have an active consulting arm and are developing an online platform for consultants & treatment providers in this industry.

The esthetics industry requires some very specific knowledge, however it is something that can be trained over time and there will be video training lessons to follow. As a company we are ready to commit to on-going training and development of this person as my hope is that they can one day be able to take on a higher functioning role in one of the organizations we manage.

They need to be high energy and able to protect our companies' interests. Ideally capable of travel as they'll eventually be needed in the states and other Canadian cities. A passport is a must for this position.

Specific projects to be worked on:

- Assisting in writing & researching the business plans for Canada & USA.
- Packaging, labelling and shipping customer orders.
- Making telephone calls on behalf of the business for promotional purposes.
- Creating ,editing & posting blog posts to have strong SEO - training to be provided.
- Creating & editing social media postings for Instagram, Youtube & Tiktok
- Basic bookkeeping and expense tracking & compiling receipts may be required.
- Attending meetings for the organizations I'm involved in and creating documentation for them.
- Communicating with suppliers to get any necessary documents and info.
- Answering calls during work hours.
- Assisting with any personal errands such as picking up/dropping off dry cleaning.
- Other duties and projects as required.
- There will be significant amount of training materials provided and as well direct one-on-one mentorship. You will also be required to learn both on and off the job. I am looking for someone who can start with 25-30 hours per week and eventually be full-time. Despite the fact that most work can be done virtually you will be required to show-up in person and on time.

This will be an intense position with strict deadlines to meet, you are essentially getting paid to be an entrepreneur or at the very least get first hand experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.50-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
