As the leading high-end men’s wear clothier in Canada, Harry Rosen has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Part-Time Sample Room Assistant in the E-Commerce Department of the Photo Studio in Mississauga, Ontario. If you have a strong interest in fashion and styling - this is an ideal role for you.

Our Marketing Department is a highly talented team of collaborative and visionary individuals that keep Harry Rosen Inc. competitive within the retail industry. We are seeking an experienced and career minded Professional to work in the Mississauga Studio and be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities will include:

- Organize and maintain sample room.
- Receive and process sample requests.
- Receive and prepare stock merchandise deliveries.
- Prepare merchandise line-up for photo shoots
- Inventory management
- Provide weekly analysis and reports.
- Update sample tracking spreadsheet.
- Document and update sample room processes
- Fulfill other requests/special projects.

**Requirements**:

- Strong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize and work within tight deadlines
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a bonus
- Experience with a Web Content Management system an asset
