The Import Coordinator will be responsible for providing support in all aspects of day-to-day import operations. This incumbent will report directly the Senior Expediting Analyst (and Sr. Management). The general hours of work will be 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday in the Milton facility. Availability to work one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) from 7am - 11am is preferred.

**Job Duties**
- Assist in delivery schedules
- Prepare accurate import documents
- Maintain accurate logs and records of receiving’s
- Input necessary data on arriving shipment’s
- Review incoming shipment contents prior to releasing them from our facility
- Track and update incoming shipments
- Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility
- Prepare and maintain reports in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Act as a back-up for other administrative positions when required
- Assist with special projects
- Other duties relevant to the position will be assigned as required

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
- University/College diploma preferred
- Knowledge of import regulations an asset but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate-to-advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good with numbers
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Administrative skills

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
