**Patient Care Coordinator Position**

We are looking for an organized, determined, and business oriented professional to fill this position. You will be responsible for running our audiology clinic day-to-day. This is a full time salaried position. This job is for someone who is highly skilled and wants to take their career to the next level. The salary for this position will reflect the high demands of the job.

**Job Expectation and Responsibilities**
- Organizing patient care over the phone and in-person
- Scheduling, billing, accounts receivable, and ordering supplies
- Helping struggling patients to see that there is hope and that we can fix their problem
- Facilitating the day-to-day running of the clinic
- Ensuring that patients have an experience that is worth telling a story about
- Interfacing with 3rd party insurers such as ADP, WSIB, NIHB, VAC and Greenshield
- Learning and implementing the professional tools that we have developed

We are expecting a lot out of this position. It is a critical position for our company as this person will be the first voice and face that our patients hear and see. You will be the first impression of our clinic and that is vital. We understand this is a big responsibility and we will compensate and train you accordingly. We have developed the tools and processes to help make this role as efficient and effective as possible.

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
