Manage the administrative components of real estate transactions.
- Upload Listing Details.
- Order and schedule photos/videos/signage and inspections.
- Manage promotional products and stationary.
- Update and manage client information in a database.
- Submit documentation to brokerage office, lawyers and other realtors.
- Assist with documentation preparation.
- Coordinating client gifting.
- Create some social media posts / graphically designed ads.
- Communicate with the public.

**Qualifications**

- Administratively and technically gifted.

**Summary**
- As a contracted Real Estate Assistant, you will be integral in supporting the daily operations of our real estate team, ultimately ensuring exceptional and professional service to clients and the public, and in providing administrative management in a growing business.
- Flexibility is very high. Expectations and needs are also very high - so availability to respond to texts or calls promptly is vital. Full command of a smartphone and a laptop are vital.
- This is a remote role, but weekly in person meetings will occur with the team and there is an option to work in the brokerage office some of the time - if preferred.
- This is a CONTRACTOR role and you'll need to submit invoices for payment.
