**Overview**:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Cooks. If you have a passion for food, culinary arts, and working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, this role is perfect for you.

**Responsibilities**:
**MUST be able to work hours 9:00 pm to 3am and 6:00pm - 2:00 am**

**MUST be able to cook Indian food and pub style items.**
- Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and kitchen setup before opening
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages
- Handle any minor kitchen maintenance issues as needed
- Support kitchen staff in maintaining a clean and organized work environment

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is strongly preferred
- Prior experience in a pub/nightclub kitchen is an asset
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to assist team members as needed
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Attention to detail during food preparation and kitchen cleanup

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
