Creative Door Services, North America’s largest overhead door dealer, operates nine branches across Western Canada and we have over 50 years of experience in the residential and commercial overhead door industry. We provide access solutions by servicing and installing a variety of overhead doors and driveway gate systems, operators and associated controls.

The **Commercial Installation Estimator** is responsible to coordinate and manage the installation of commercial doors, such as: sectional, rolling steel, high speed and specialty doors, etc. Maintaining a professional demeanor, you will focus on quality, safety and superior customer service of commercial installations. They will regularly interact with warehouse staff, construction PM’s, other trades and safety personnel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Building and maintaining relationships with our customers including general contractors, builders and retail consumers
- Coordination and management of multiple projects job files at a variety of stages throughout the construction process
- Managing the shop drawing approval process
- Entering orders
- Purchasing of materials
- Timely execution of project related tasks in order to meet contractor's construction schedule
- Assist in preparing quotes and estimates when required
- Maintaining high degree of organization and excellent customer service

**Skills**:

- Technical aptitude (ability to read construction drawings, general construction knowledge)
- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
- Positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Strong organization and decision-making ability
- Good negotiation skills and persuasive ability

**Qualifications**:

- 3 or more years of experience in commercial construction industry
- Experience in construction industries would be an asset
