At this stage, the analyst will share knowledge with less experienced analysts, participate in the "Peer Review" process, and contribute to tasks related to medical selection, insurance transformation, billing cycles, and certain specialized processes. The development path within the Administration team is very accessible. An analyst who reaches the third level of development can aspire to a higher level in the pay scale, such as a Senior Analyst role. In this role, they can continue their development and contribute as an expert to support and guide analysts in their daily performance. Desired Profile: - College diploma and 4 years of relevant experience; - Technical skills and proficiency in data entry (speed, attention to detail and quality); - Analytical skills and good judgment; - Autonomy, organization, and availability; - Knowledge of group insurance administration (an asset).
