**Job Description**:
Vous avez la volonté d'apprendre et le désir d'évoluer au sein d'une équipe en mesure de vous appuyer dans votre développement professionnel? Rejoignez la direction - assurance des entreprises de L'Unique dans un rôle de soutien technique Vous aurez l'occasion de travailler en étroite collaboration avec des souscripteurs en entreprises, plus précisément en les soutenant dans diverses tâches administratives.
Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes:
- Procéder à l’ouverture des soumissions- Effectuer des recherches diverses : Cidreq, no de licence RBQ, photo sur Google du risque- Offrir du soutien administratif à l’équipe d’assistants techniques- Traiter les rapports d’inspection et en faire les suivis nécessaires- Traiter les avenants simples- Effectuer différentes tâches de soutien aux diverses équipes de souscription- Traiter le courrier
Vos talents et vos qualifications:
- Diplôme DEC ou AEC en Assurance- Maitriser les logiciels Word et Excel, environnement Windows- Bonne connaissance de la langue française, tant parlée qu’écrite
