Billing Agent

Job description

**Role**:

- Prepare the invoices for C.A.T. and C.A.T. Global inc.
- Work with collection agents to ensure accurate billing
- Send invoices to customers
- Scan and index different documents (proofs of delivery, etc.)
- Communicate with the sales and operations departments for any billing questions
- Update the customers files
- All other related tasks

**Requirements**:

- College degree in accounting or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the transportation industry, an asset
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of AS400, an asset
- Ability to work as a team
