Amex 2. Controlled Goods Programs and PSPC Contract Security Program 3. Translation 4. Report production 5. Access card management 6. Correspondence 7. Meeting planning 8. Supplies management 9. Filing 10. Any other related tasks - Coordinate the overall fingerprinting process required for security clearances. - Manage all employee files (opening, updating, closing). - College diploma or professional certification in secretarial studies, or an equivalent combination of training and related experience. - 1 to 3 years of experience - Excellent organizational and planning skills. - Good attention to detail, teamwork spirit, flexibility, tact, diplomacy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Effective time management; autonomous and responsible. - Maintain a high level of confidentiality. - In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Perfectly bilingual (French and English). **CAE offers**: - an environment where your initiatives will be recognized and valued - the opportunity to travel internationally - the opportunity to work on a variety of projects on a multidisciplinary team - the opportunity to represent the organization at external conventions and conferences - the opportunity to be involved on Boards of Directors - flexible schedules - attractive employee benefits **About CAE**: At CAE, we equip people in critical roles with the expertise and solutions to create a safer world.
