Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Production Scheduler tasks include, but are not limited to:
Generation of all glass and vinyl cutting files and schedules;
Generation and maintenance of all glass fabrication order scheduling;
Planning, scheduling and release of all service-related production orders;
Coordination of all intercompany material transfers (inc'l coordination of freight haulage with 3rd-party carriers);
Communication of plans with the plant;
Resolution of file errors with both internal IT Group, as well as external equipment service providers on an as need basis;
Other tasks as assigned.

Post secondary eduction in a relavent discipline or a combination of education and experience;
Ability bto interpret drawings, specifications and standards;
Good mathematical skills inc'l manipulation of fractions;
Thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment;
Able to work under pressure and meet defined deadlines;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Strong team player.
