Job Summary:
Production Coordinator will co-ordinate and direct the activities in production to maximize productivity, maintain quality, and inspect products to verify production specifications are met.

Key Accountabilities:

- Responsible for coordinating the production process from order to delivery to the customer
- Coordinating the production of orders, ensuring quality control, inventory management, and order processing
- Report to the manager on an ongoing basis and communicate all relevant matters pertaining production
- Communicate effectively with the teams to clarity of direction, approval for decisions, and execution of all production responsibilities.
- Responsible for the scheduling of all production including timely release, distribution, and closing of work orders
- Identify issues and trends with inventory
- Develop root cause and corrective action plans to address issues
- Identify and manage production priorities
- Coordinate material and production activities
- Support Lead hands and Supervisors
- Coordinate efforts to make improvements in the process, analysis, and reporting

**Requirements**:

- College Diploma or Equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a production coordinator
- HVAC knowledge or experience an asset
- Manufacturing/production experience an asset
- Sage business Vision system knowledge is an asset, adeptness with Business systems/software's required
- Computer skills -Microsoft office
- Strong communication both written and verbal skills is a must

**Salary**: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Woodbridge, ON L4L 9A9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Manufacturing: 5 years (required)
