Office Manager

Toronto Honda is growing, and we are currently seeking an experienced and motivated **Office Manager** to join our winning team
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage office administration and daily operations.
- Process payroll, maintain payroll records, and ensure timely and accurate payroll completion.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing payments and invoices.
- Process daily bank deposits and reconcile accounts as required.
- Assist with inventory counts for new and used vehicle stock.
- Support deal processing and financial transactions.
- Provide support for month-end and year-end financial close activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and payroll regulations.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all financial and administrative records.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of **two years of experience** in payroll, accounts payable, or office administration.
- Proficiency in **accounting software** and Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, Outlook/Gmail).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll regulations.
- Excellent **organizational and time management skills** with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with **CDK or in the automotive industry** is an asset but not required.
