Office/operations Manager

**Key Responsibilities**: - Manage day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to, scheduling, inventory management, and procurement. - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including coordinating with clients, suppliers, and vendors. - Supervise administrative staff and provide leadership and guidance to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines. - Collaborate with technicians and other team members to streamline processes and optimize productivity. - Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Organize and put systems into place that facilitate smoother operations and improve overall efficiency. - Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. - Oversee facility maintenance and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience. - Proven experience in office management or operations management role, preferably in a healthcare or laboratory setting. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail. - Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is an asset but not required. - Proficiency in note-taking and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and facilitate efficient workflow. - A positive attitude with a "glass-half-full" outlook and the ability to inspire others. - Demonstrated creativity and resourcefulness in finding innovative solutions to challenges. **Benefits**: - Competitive salary commensurate with experience. - Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage. - Opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company. - A supportive and collaborative work environment with a team of dedicated professionals. **How to Apply**: Please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and qualifications.
