At Trulioo, we truly believe "everyone is someone" and we invite you to join our mission and celebrate the positive change we are making in the world.**: **Position Summary**: Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy and Marketing Communication, the **Internal Communications Manager **is responsible for creating informative, actionable and engaging communications to help all Trulioo employees increase their understanding of our business strategy, support our inclusive culture and provide timely information and tools to effectively do their jobs. The role's focus will be on writing, editing and program and project management for our internal communications channels across the company and for the Marketing organization. Specific focus areas include but are not limited to our company-wide newsletter and All Hands, Marketing All Hands, QBR's and internal events. **What you'll be doing**: - Facilitating and managing internal communications, programs and project plans with cross-functional teams - Partnering with internal stakeholders to develop and disseminate communications initiatives and projects that drive business outcomes - Creating and managing a project plan to effectively communicate the internal marketing calendar of events and activities and programs. - Collaborating with People & Culture to communicate the company calendar, initiatives and priorities - Serving as both an individual contributor and cross-functional leader across the marketing organization - Managing internal Marketing communications and channels within and outside of the Marketing organization - Building an onboarding program for new Marketing hires - Measuring the effectiveness of internal communications through surveys and other feedback mechanisms - Identifying opportunities to improve internal communications and developing more effective and efficient programs - Supporting the Senior Director Strategy and Marketing Communication on special projects as assigned **You have**: - Minimum 7+ years of communications experience - Experience partnering or working with People and Culture/HR departments - Bachelor degree in marketing, communications or a related field - Exceptional writing and presentation skills - Ability to prioritize and handle a variety of projects simultaneously - Scrappy, roll up your sleeves team player who can get things done within short time frames. - Excellent personal communications skills and ability to develop productive relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders including executives. - Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Motivated self-starter with strong organization, time management and prioritization skills. - Experience at technology/compliance company or startup is a plus Hear from the Trulioo Marketing team about advancing your career by clicking here **Working at Trulioo** **You will be challenged to achieve, develop, and grow as part of a hyper-growth company.**: **We offer you the opportunity to make a difference and create a better world by revolutionizing how technology, trust, and identity intersect online.
