The Role
We need a
Highly Experienced Internal Creator Community Manager
to build and energize our TikTok creator community. You'll recruit, coach, and drive creators to turn TikTok Shops into a
growth machine.
What You'll Do

  • Grow our creator network on Discord + WhatsApp
  • Recruit and onboard top TikTok creators
  • Deliver briefs + coaching for high-performing content
  • Run challenges, trainings, and engagement events
  • Track performance + optimize for growth

What We're Looking For
2+ years in community or creator management

Strong Discord/WhatsApp Community Experience
High-energy, personable, and results-driven

Experience in building and managing creator communities for brands, agencies, or Tiktok Shops

Bonus: Discord automation, Reacher, or Euka AI
