**Overview**

We are seeking a friendly, highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Office Administrator to join our modern, patient-focused clinic in Kitchener on a full time basis.

**Duties**
- Greet and assist patients with a positive, professional attitude
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Verify and process insurance information and claims
- Handle payments and maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate medical records management and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Manage front desk duties such as scanning, and maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations, optimize clinic performance and patient satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Tracker Dental Software.
- Previous dental experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, friendly, and team-oriented
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Harp certified
- Dental assisting background

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- One Saturday a month
