Mondetta is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Social Media & Content Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the digital presence of a forward-thinking brand at the intersection of luxury, athletic, and fashion. You are both creative and analytical—comfortable crafting compelling content strategies while also diving into performance metrics to optimize and evolve. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and bring a deep understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and platform best practices. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping brand storytelling across all digital touchpoints, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive engagement, community growth, and brand impact.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and evolve the overarching social media strategy across the Mondetta group of brands, defining goals, KPIs, and key themes aligned with business objectives.
- Lead innovation in content formats, platforms, and community-building initiatives.
- Manage content calendars in alignment with brand launches, seasonal campaigns, cultural moments, and broader marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, design) and external partners to produce high-quality, on-brand content across all social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Write creative briefs and guide the development of visuals, videos, and copy that reflect the brand’s luxury, athletic, and fashion-forward identity.
- Ensure consistency in tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms and content touchpoints.
- Define and refine the brand’s social tone, engagement strategy, and community guidelines.
- Monitor conversations, respond to audience comments and DMs, and foster a positive, engaged social community.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions), using insights to inform content decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with teams across marketing, PR, design, e-commerce, and customer service to ensure unified brand storytelling.
- Partner with PR and influencer teams to amplify earned media, brand collaborations, and event coverage.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital trends.
- Identify emerging platforms, features, and cultural shifts that present growth opportunities for the brand.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3-5+ years in social media and brand marketing, ideally within luxury, premium fashion, or athletic sectors. Prior experience at a fashion or luxury brand preferred
- Skilled in directing the copywriting process to maintain brand voice and adhere to platform-specific best practices
- SEO knowledge. Understands how to optimize content for discoverability
- Proficient in using insights and analytics tools to drive strategy
- Organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- A passion for content innovation and visual storytelling
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross functional teams
- Familiarity with brand building, product launches, and direct-to-consumer business models
