**Job Description**:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Oshi Nori. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and driving business growth. If you have a flair for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a drive to exceed expectations, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial performance.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that every guest has an outstanding dining experience by maintaining high standards of service and food quality.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and develop team members, fostering a positive work culture.
- Financial Management: Manage budget, control costs, and maximize profitability through effective inventory and labor management.
- Marketing and Promotions: Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase customer base and loyalty.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and liquor laws.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and liquor laws.
- Passion for food and customer service.
- A valid food handler’s certificate or willingness to obtain one.
