**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare quotes and proposals
- Handle all customer requests
- Work in collaboration with our team of Outside Sales representatives
- Follow communication and reporting requirements
- Collaborate in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Become technically competent with our products and services
- Take initiative with new opportunities, current & new customers, and new products
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, partners, and staff
- Preparation and planning for product presentations when required

**Qualifications**:

- Technical degree or diploma
- 3 to 5 years of sales, inside sales, or customer service experience is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM (Maximizer & QuoteWerks preferred)
- Possess problem-solving skills and have a natural curiosity about how things work
- Results and customer service oriented
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written & oral
- Ability to work independently and in teams with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills
