Inside Sales Technical Representative

Focused in our Western Region, the Inside Sales Technical Representative provides a high level of support in the sales of Endress+Hauser product lines to our customers. Ensures systematic and conscientious customer service. Main conduit between Outside Technical Sales and the other departmental functions including sales coordinator, logistics, production centers, service, accounting and product management.
**Roles + Responsibilities
- Fielding of all customer inquiries
- Preparation and follow up of quotations
- Processing of customer orders
- Preparation and submission of any materials or documentation required by customer (drawings etc)
**Qualification + Profile
- Post-secondary technical education preferably in instrumentation, process control, automation or engineering
- 2-3 years of experience in the instrumentation field or a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
