**What you will do**

As a CCTV Monitoring guard you will be responsible for carefully monitoring customer sites utilizing the surveillance system and following protocol in case of an event. This position is responsible for detecting, investigating, reporting incidents of fraud and theft in retail stores.
- Constantly focus and monitor the site activities via CCTV
- Complete incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents
- Maintain a high level of vigilance
- Attention to the details of every activity
- Identify potential security risks and respond accordingly
- Respond to emergencies and incidents within designated areas promptly and according to policy
- Escalate emergency situations to law enforcement as needed
- Document theft and other security violations
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Valid Security License
- Prior experience in customer service, central station monitoring, and/ or security experience, or an approved combination of all three.
- Extremely quick learner
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting skills of technical issues
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriate
- Strong teamwork and communication skills. Must be flexible/ adaptable to a constantly changing environment.
- Intermediate to advanced level keyboard and computer skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple assignments, actions, and direct others to locations and tasks.
- Ability to use sound judgment in stressful situations and capable of staying alert during periods of inactivity.
- Ability to work without close supervision
