**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary.
- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential security risks.
- Utilize CCTV systems effectively to monitor activities and document any suspicious behavior.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with employees and visitors.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
- Enforce company policies regarding safety and security measures.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in law enforcement or loss prevention is preferred.
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional security training or certification is a plus.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.
