**Duties**
- Monitor store activities through surveillance cameras (CCTV) to identify suspicious behavior or potential thefts.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter theft and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or alarms, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary, providing detailed reports of incidents.
- Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes.
- Assist in training staff on loss prevention strategies and security procedures.
- Implement loss prevention policies to minimize inventory shrinkage and prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or loss prevention is highly desirable.
- Strong surveillance skills with proficiency in CCTV operation and monitoring.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and best practices.
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to identify suspicious activity quickly.
- Good communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and effectively.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during high-pressure situations.
- Physical fitness to conduct patrols within the premises as needed. Pay: $18.75-$20.95 per hour
