**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Lead, supervise, and support warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and high performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and on schedule.
- Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Operate and supervise the use of warehouse equipment, ensuring safe and proper handling.
- Identify operational issues and recommend or implement effective solutions.

**Experience**
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a **food bank, community services organization, or non-profit environment** is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving procedures.
- Experience leading and motivating staff and volunteers, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Proficiency with Salesforce system.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and **safe food handling** and storage practices.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (forklift certification is an asset).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on improving workflow and productivity.

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
