**Overview**:
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the progress of the sale and collaborating with the senior management team. Keep abreast of all aspects of sales accounting.

**What you will be doing?**
- Monitoring the progress of sales on current projects to ensure deadlines and objectives are achieved.
- Coordinating with brokers and sales agents for preparing sales agreements.
- Ensure all sales details are accurate and review the contract prior to the signature.
- Keep the team briefed on all sales activities.
- File and maintain all sales documents, including design drawings/reports, approvals, permits, agreements, etc.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Any other duties as assigned by your manager.

**What are the requirements for this role?**
- College or University graduate
- Highly organized, excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-past environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Discrete and able to observe confidentiality protocols.
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction.
- Valid driver’s license
