**Overview**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative assistance to Sales and Marketing department including producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing; and general administration for the sales department
- Responsible for end-to-end operational management of product listing on our partner portals (Nationals) including duties such as to monitor accuracy, reviews and any other daily operational needs, red-flag issues on partner website like incorrect product details mentioned or incorrect inventory ‘stock out’, and coordinate with the external partner to provide all backend details for our new website
- Responsible for handling daily sales operations including any retailer related forms, promo documentation, promo calendar maintenance
- Coordinate the process for onboarding products, step by step process of product launch
- launching promotions and other sales and marketing related functions
- Managing our CRM and customer portals -Commerchub, Hubspot and SPS commerce
- Pricing analysis, Review Ikou pricing
- Working with retail buyers to ensure promo schedules are adhered to and ensure the promo plan is onboarded
- Understanding of our competitors and their pricing - ensure we remain competitive in like product
- Create presentations - use of Canva is considered an asset
- Coordinating with outside resources for media use (Renderings, website etc)
- Maintain Sales Dashboards and promo calendars

- Creation and maintenance of product and customers and co-ordinate within internal teams to gather/ verify information
- Responsible for handling daily sales operations including any retailer related forms, promo documentation, promo calendar maintenance

- Understanding of our competitors and their pricing - ensure we remain competitive in like product
- Coordinate social media initiatives

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent presentation skills *

- CommerceHub experience required *
- Hub Spot knowledge or CRM equivalent *
- Must be very proficient with Excel, database software.*
- Able to Work in a fast-paced and intense environment
- Organized planner and time management skill *
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, can-do attitude *

- Well-spoken, detailed oriented, curious and resourceful
**Experience**:
- Sales and Marketing Coordinator or Sales Admin: 5 years+
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
