- Provide support service to outside advertising sales
- Maintain and update booking system
- Maintain and update existing customers data base and all sponsor packages booking status
- Collect information received from sales team and/or advertisers for work orders
- Submit work orders to Production Department
- Meet deadlines by keeping track of the IN & OUT flow of work orders and materials between Production Department and sales
- Perform various clerical and routine tasks
- Assist with marketing promotion and other assignments assigned by supervisor from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Attention to detail; exact precision in data input
- Ability to work effectively, independently and as part of a team in a deadline oriented environment
- Strong time management ability with minimum or no supervision
- Strong oral and written skills in English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
- Relevant job experience and knowledge of advertising industry an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $15.63-$37.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
