**Job Title**:RFP Proposal Writer

**Position Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify Opportunities**: Research and identify RFP opportunities that align with 2web’s services and growth strategy across Canada.
- **Proposal Writing**: Develop, write, and edit high-quality proposals that clearly articulate our value proposition, capabilities, and solutions tailored to each RFP requirement.
- **Project Management**: Coordinate and manage the entire RFP response process, including timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, project management, and technical experts, to gather necessary information and insights for each proposal.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with all RFP requirements.
- **Documentation**: Maintain a repository of proposal content, templates, and supporting documents for efficient and consistent responses to future RFPs.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings to continuously enhance the quality and competitiveness of our proposals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in writing and managing RFPs, preferably within the web development industry.
- **Writing Skills**: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
- **Project Management**: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- **Collaboration**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of web design, development, and digital marketing services.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Google Suite.
- **Education**: Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
