##### MAIN DUTIES
- Create detailed proposals which display our commitment to quality and address our client’s needs
- Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) with precision, ensuring all commercial and technical requirements are addressed thoroughly
- Collaborate closely with our leadership and technical teams to tailor solutions that meet specific client needs
- Review and manage all customer quotes for legal and regulatory compliance
- Promptly edit and revise proposals based on feedback provided by senior team members
- Coordinate proposal production with internal/external resources, including editing, formatting, printing, distribution, and delivery of final materials to the client
- Ensure proposals adhere to company branding guidelines and templates for consistency and clarity through formatting and finalization
- Assist in generating project-specific graphics and visuals, including cover pages and organizational charts
- Collaborate efficiently with team members to propose enhancements and streamline processes
- Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities, target dates for information gathering, and coordinating requirements among contributors
- Work closely with the project teams to develop marketing materials based on past and ongoing projects
- Support on all matters related to client engagement, communications and marketing, and brand strategy, as required
- Build brand awareness, ensure all March documents used both internally and externally meet brand guidelines
- Develop and manage relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, to support marketing projects
- Stay up to date on industry trends and relevant activities
- Act as liaison for the organization to respond to written and verbal media and external inquiries
- Other duties as assigned

#### EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 - 4 years of related work experience in marketing and proposal coordination
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
- Good organizational, time management skills, and methodical approach to workload
- Experience/knowledge of engineering consulting and the mining industry is an asset
- Experience in web design and brand guideline/template development is an asset
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software is an asset
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices is an asset
