**We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team in our Toronto office**

As a Client Service Representative to assist the Sports, Films and Entertainment team to provide the highest quality service to clients.

**Your day as a Client Service Representative**
- Request and follow up with insurers and/or clients for outstanding information, endorsements or policy documentation.
- Prepare proposals for Program renewals and new business.
- Respond to telephone calls and written inquiries from Association members and underwriters.
- Work with the Client Executive and negotiate with Insurers and/or changes, renewals and new business where applicable.
- Review policy wordings and other documentation for accuracy and completeness and as required, notes and corrects errors.
- Create abeyances and follow up for outstanding items from underwriters, markets and clients.
- Market own new business and renewals when necessary.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding client’s receivable.
- Responsible for monthly bordereaux.
- Prepare invoicing and manage receivables.
- Other miscellaneous duties and special projects as required.
- At least 1 year of work experience in insurance.
- College diploma in administration
- RIBO licensed.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well with others throughout the organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
