Job TitleClient Service Representative EmployerCIBC OverviewJoin CIBC as a Client Service Representative in the Personal and Business Banking Team. You will work in a fast‑paced Banking Center, helping clients manage their day‑to‑day banking needs and connecting them with the right team members. Responsibilities Answer client questions, assist with transactions, and provide first line support. Help clients manage accounts and products, focusing on a meaningful client experience. Proactively connect clients with appropriate CIBC team members to achieve financial goals. Work flexible banking centre hours, including evenings, weekends, and at multiple centres within a reasonable travel distance. How You'll Succeed Client engagement: make interactions meaningful and connect clients to the right CIBC team members. Problem solving: listen, ask questions, take accountability for client issues, and collaborate to create better solutions.
