The **Client Service Representative** will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and supporting sales teams in the assigned areas.
**The Client Service Representative will**:
- Offer personalized assistance to customers in selecting and purchasing products
- Maintain a meticulous record of customer interactions and transactions for seamless follow-up
- Identify unique customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements
- Provide comprehensive and accurate product information to customers and quickly respond to inquiries
- Streamline the order processing system to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Help with retail event planning, public relations, and merchandising to enhance brand recognition and customer engagement
- Utilize exceptional brand consulting skills to acquire and retain customers for long-term success
**The Client Service Representative Requirements**:
- Skilled in customer service and sales roles with several years of professional experience
- Demonstrates strong people skills and excellent communication abilities
- Possesses a fun and outgoing personality that helps build relationships with customers
- Capable of working with a team as well as independently to achieve desired results
- Performance-driven and goal-oriented, consistently striving to meet or exceed expectations
- Excellent time management skills ensure efficient use of time and resources

Pay: $3,000.00-$4,000.00 per month
