**A Day in the Life of a Site Supervisor**

Imagine starting your day with a team briefing, aligning your crew with the day's objectives and ensuring everyone is ready to tackle their tasks safely and efficiently. As a Site Supervisor, you'll dive into coordinating schedules, reviewing project scopes, and making sure all materials are in place to keep operations running smoothly.

Your mornings might involve inspecting on-site progress, ensuring demolition and repairs meet First Onsite's high-quality standards. You'll oversee multiple crews, providing immediate direction and assistance, while maintaining a clear and open line of communication with Project Managers and team members.

Midday, you're focused on problem-solving, revising scopes as needed, and addressing updates to work orders or specifications. You're also tracking progress, monitoring staff efficiency, and authorizing time sheets to keep things on schedule and on budget.

In the afternoon, you'll participate in safety tailgate meetings, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed by all personnel. You'll wrap up your site visits by inspecting completed repairs to confirm they meet our exacting standards, reporting outcomes directly to the Construction Operations Manager.

By the end of the day, you'll feel accomplished knowing you've played a pivotal role in leading your team, meeting project timelines, and contributing to First Onsite's mission of restoring homes, businesses, and communities.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor/Foreman, ideally in the restoration/emergency industry, with a proven track record managing up to 25 reports.
- In-depth understanding of reconstruction practices, Canadian building codes, and related regulations for property affected by water, wind, mold, fire, or vandalism.
- Proficient in scheduling, scope reviews, and managing multiple sites effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and ensure project goals are met.
- Skilled in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and basic accounting for invoicing and billing. Xactimate experience is preferred.
- Passion and knowledge of health and safety policies with the ability to ensure team adherence and conduct safety meetings.
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including material handling, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces. A Full driver's license for PEI and the ability to pass a criminal background check
