The Arts Hotel, in association with Trailside Music Hall and The Salvador Dali Cafe, is searching for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at 155 Kent Street.

The Arts Hotel is located on the site of the former nightclub and restaurant, Myron’s, an iconic PEI institution. Along with our Sister Property, the Holman Grand Hotel, we’re committed to maintaining the reputation of the area’s historic buildings while providing an exceptional hotel atmosphere for our guests.

**Standard duties include**:

- Assist management in creating weekly schedules and by adding to or decreasing staffing levels daily based on the anticipated number of guests
- Track supplies, equipment, forecast needs, complete inventory, and order stock
- Complete daily paperwork
- Promote a positive work environment where team members can thrive and work together to achieve outstanding customer service
- Contribute to the professional development of individual employees on a one-on-one basis and provide assistance in training as needed.
- Prompt table service (taking orders, answering menu and beverage inquiries, explaining daily features, placing orders with kitchen).
- Running food to tables.
- Quality checks.
- Processing bills and taking payment.
- Answer phone calls, take reservations & place to go orders.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of food and beverage menus.
- Light cleaning & sanitation duties.
