Job title : retail sales supervisor NOC - 62010

Job duties:

- Maintain the workers performance reports and daily sales.
- Help in hiring and training of new front office sales team.
- Monitor the customer complaints and resolve them.
- Ensure workplace safety for store, fuel pumps and car wash station
- Submit day reports to store manager
- Authorize to fix prices when required and makes order sheet for supply.
- Ready to work days, evenings and night shifts when required.
- Prepare the order of merchandise each week and maintain inventory Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
- Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
- Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
- Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and fuel volumes
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
- Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
- Maintains cleanliness and ensure washrooms are stock with proper items throughout the shift ie. toilet paper/paper towel
- Put the old sale signage down
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised
- May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.

Requirments : college degree in any discipline

Must have at least two years of experience of supervisory level. Complies with all store policies and procedures.

Must have experience in EXCEL Spreadsheet

Wage rate : $15.5/hr and employee discount according to store policy

Start date : As soon as possible.
