**What We Do**:
We provide the design and construction community with inspiring architectural products for thoughtful spaces. We believe that our team, inspired by a vision and fueled with passion, will achieve the extraordinary.
**What You Will Do**:
- Listening to and understanding client needs, offering solutions and support tools when necessary
- The position will have a focus on Residential projects
- Entering project details and data into our CRM
- Presenting and delivering information and support received through the telephone, online chats, and information line
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions as the project progresses
- Working closely with the client and Business Development Team when closing projects through the purchasing process
- Working closely to support your Business Development Representative in the design phase of the build process if needed
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in an office environment
- High attention to detail
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Google Suite and CRM/Construction Lead Platform experience is preferred.
- An interest in or knowledge of the building envelope and architectural channels
Previous experience is required, but we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills such as: account manager, relationship manager, customer success representative, account representative, client relations manager, account supervisor, customer success manager, key account manager, account executive, sales representative, customer service representative, territory manager, client advisor, client success consultant.
