Disability Admin Clerk

**Job Description**:
As a member of the Group Disability Claims Admin Unit, the Disability Admin Clerk will provide timely and accurate administrative support to various Head Office teams and Disability staff within the Group Disability Organization.
**What you will do**
- Assist with in office tasks such as opening mail and distributing to various area’s at Canada Life
- Adjuster returns - Counting, tracking, sending payments issued to various providers to Canada Life staff as requested.
- Prepping and scanning of mail received by various Head Office teams to be placed in the electronic disability claim file.
- Sorting and sending Litigation cheques to the law dept.
- Creating electronic claim files as required by various Head Office Teams within a specified turn around time.
- Review, respond and re-direct Lawyers letter relating to motor vehicle accidents
- Creating entries in the Health and Dental Subrogation Database for new Health and Dental Subro claims
- Other misc. admin duties as required either in the office, or from home
