**Role Overview**: As a Shopify Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Shopify store. Your role will involve everything from setting up and customizing themes to handling day-to-day operations and troubleshooting issues. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to ensure that our online store meets business objectives and provides an outstanding customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Shopify Store Management**: Set up, configure, and manage our Shopify store, including themes, apps, and settings.
- **Customization**: Customize Shopify themes and templates to align with our brand and business needs, using HTML, CSS, and Liquid code.
- **Product Management**: Oversee product listings, including creating, updating, and organizing products and categories.
- **SEO and Analytics**: Implement SEO best practices to enhance site visibility. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics.
- **User Experience**: Ensure the online store is user-friendly and responsive across all devices. Optimize the checkout process to reduce cart abandonment.
- **Troubleshooting**: Address and resolve any technical issues related to the Shopify platform, including integrating third-party apps and solutions.
- **Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to support ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
- **Updates and Maintenance**: Regularly update the site with new features, bug fixes, and security patches. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
