**Location**: Hybrid

Join our team as a Billing Administrator and contribute to the management of billing processes for our diverse clientele, including I/A (Insured), P/A (Policyholder-administered) and ASO (Administrative Services only) Group Benefit clients. Your role will ensure seamless financial operations, crucial to our team's success.

**What will you do?**
- Code self-administered premiums by benefit and billing group
- Audit the integrity of the lives, volumes, rates, premiums, and taxes submitted by policy-administered clients
- Review the status of terminated policies and perform the final financial review
- Set up ASO cases on the mainframe system
- Compare the ASO agreement to the actual setup of the case to ensure accurate billing
- Process claims adjustments and related accounting transactions for claim write-offs and stop-loss
- Manage the collection of all outstanding receipts, premiums, and ASO deposits while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines
- Perform other related administrative tasks as needed

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required to answer calls from English and French speaking clients across Canada and worldwide.
- Excellent customer focus to handle difficult client-related issues
- Strong time management skills to meet daily deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure to manage departmental project initiatives with customized deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel, including experience with Macros
- Knowledge of Group Benefits and the administration of Self Administrative and ASO practices is an asset
- Good knowledge of accounting principals for Insured and ASO arrangements is an asset
