We are a busy sightseeing Toronto tour company currently recruiting Sales and Greeting Ambassadors for the upcoming summer season.

This position is exciting and dynamic, with duties including:
Working as part of a dynamic team of Ambassadors

Being stationed at a variety of fixed and mobile locations

Greeting and engaging guests

Escorting groups between locations

Processing vouchers and tour passes

Distributing promotional material

Staying up to date on Toronto news and developments

Providing general information and assistance

Socializing with and interacting with passengers

Promoting tour products and partnered attractions

Advising guests on travel arrangements

Booking tour reservations

Coordinating with fellow teammates by radio

Attending training and development events

Ensuring staff and passenger safety

**Requirements**:
We are looking for people with an outgoing personality and exceptional work ethic who are excited to show off the wonderful city of Toronto

A proven aptitude in sales & customer service

Self motivation and reliability

Ability to work with mínimal to no supervision in a fast paced environment

Availability to work a variety of shifts: (Days, evenings, and weekends)

A positive outgoing personality

Ability to multitask

Ability to stand for extended periods

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Legally able to work in Canada

Second languages are an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Morning shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
