- As _**Brand Ambassador**_ _of Kandl Artistique, you will work closely with the boutique team to achieve defined objectives in accordance with established goals. Superb interpersonal and customer skills are vital for this role, as teamwork is essential for our business success._
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Provide exceptional customer service while educating and engaging with clients in-store and at events
- Assist with candle-making labs, packaging, labelling and class clean-up
- Serve café beverages/food, accept deliveries of café stock and routine cleaning of equipment
- Routine maintenance of store displays and assist in stocking inventory
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Partake in educational sessions on product and vendor training
- Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies
- Perform other duties as assigned

- **Requirements**:_
- At least 1-2 years experience in customer service
- Entrepreneurial-minded and a passion for luxury retail
- Smart Serve certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Physical demands**: This position involves occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: From $16.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M5R 2H2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
